Story: Meet Susmitha. She was an MMF dropout student five years back due to family pressures and got married. Susmitha’s husband, however, is very supportive and encourages her to take up whatever she wants for a livelihood. Susmitha identified that she could find free fodder for cattle in her village of Kotapadu. Having a buffalo could help her start and manage a small-scale dairy farm business for her family’s livelihood.

Ever since Susmitha was married, the MMF hasn’t had any meaningful communication with her during the past five years. Out of the blue, Susmitha contacted us asking for partial financial help setting up the dairy farm so her family could have a less stressful life. We never thought the MMF created any reasonable impact on her mind for the little amount of time we provided for her high school education. The gesture that she thought of MMF when in need is a testimony that the seeds we sowed by investing in people in need are coming to bear fruit. We instantly agreed to support her request.

The cost of the buffalo that she is planning to buy is 80,000. The MMF wants to support her to the extent of Rs. 65,000/- We request you to donate to this project and sincerely appreciate your help.
